I installed Tomcat on a Windows 2012 R2 server, then decided to
uninstall it so I can repurpose the system. Unfortunately, it won't let
me uninstall. Whether I attempt to uninstall it from Control Panel or
by using the "Uninstall_TomcatPostgreSQL" application, I get the same
error: "Invocation of this Java Application has caused an
InvocationTargetException. This application will now exit (LAX)."
Under Details, it says "Flexeraawm$aaa: Windows DLL failed to load".

I also tried running "java -jar uninstaller.jar" from a command prompt.
That gives me the error "no main manifest attribute, in uninstaller.jar".

How can I get Tomcat off this server?
