I will creat read access to the appointment for all users.

In the Client, I go to Options --> Security --> agent access. I mark "General Access" and activate Read for "Appointments". Then I store the configuration.

Wenn I open Options --> Securty --> agent access again, I get an error-information:

"Der/die folgende(n) Benutzer befindet/befinden sich nicht mehr im Systemadressbuch und die zugehörigen Vertretungsdaten werden gelöscht: <Allgemeiner Zugriff>"

It means, the "Genaral Access" is not in the system address book and that's why the configurated read access is deleted for "General Access".

What can I do? Where can I find the "system address book"? How can I creat the deleted -user- "General Access"?
