We've gotten ourselves in real jam with our GroupWise unable to be backed up via BackupExec upon GroupWise's NetApp storage suffering a major hardware failure.

We've recovered from the failure, but ever since BackupExec refuses to complete the pre-existing GroupWise jobs. It reaches a certain point in the job and crashes GroupWise with GroupWise showing NSS Pool errors and NetApp LUN failures. NetApp support has done exhaustive file system recovery but points the finger at GroupWise as the remaining issue. The GroupWise mail server itself runs fine all the while.

My network engineer has tried NSS Pool Repair but to no avail. I realize this is a broad description of the issue but just wondering if anyone can shed some light/point us in the right direction with our troubleshooting. Appreciate any advice.
