Hi All,
Just to give feedback for those of you who face the problem : "SEVERE 7/11/16 2:37 PM:liquibase: JVMCFRE003 bad major version; class=org/kablink/liquibase/change/custom/MigrateMirroredFoldersChange, ..."

This is due to an incorrect version of JAVA detected ...

The trouble comes from the path for the java binary inside the script manage-database.sh ...
It is supposed to used JAVA_HOME but it doesn't. It uses alternatives if you have it or nothing if you don't have it ...
The best would be to put a variable named JAVA_BIN_PATH on top of propertie file (mysql-liquibase.properties), so we can edit (most of the time /usr/java/latest/jre/bin/java) - remember that we have to edit this file anyhow.
In the script manage-database.sh, all the java lines should then be: $JAVA_BIN_PATH/java -Xmx2g -jar "./lib/liquibase.jar" --logLe ....

Just an idea to avoid spending debugging time at each update

Thx

Francois
