We use the "File Caching OFF" and "File Commit ON" option on our clients. Now we have found that this option "File Caching OFF" is no longer taken on the clients, or is being implemented. Until recently, this worked smoothly. When installing the OES Client, the options are included:

! File_Caching = OFF
! File_Caching_Distribute = Always
! File_Commit = ON
! File_Commit_Distribute = Always

On the servers the option OPLOCK_SUPPORT_LEVEL = 0.

When I set the "File Caching" option to OFF manually, it will be set to ON again when the machine is restarted. We use on most clients "Client for Open Enterprise Server 2 SP4 (IR6)" but also when I update to "Client for Open Enterprise Server 2 SP4 (IR7a)" the problem persists.

Someone a solution?
