Will Identity applicaiton work with F5 offloading the ssl?

The client never does passthrough ssl. They always handle the certs and then the f5 is connected directly to the server segment and communicates via non secure to the web applications.

It is my understanding that the cookies / oauth / osp configuration must be the same from the browser to the server. So if someone puts in https://idmserver/landing in their browser it is expected that the osp with passthrough will expect it to be https.

I'm assuming that we need to use SSL re-encrypt. This option is used if your application must use SSL. The F5 will accept a self signed certificate from your servers.

Can someone confirm this for me that if the browser is using ssl that the osp configuration must also be ssl, so we would have to do ssl re-encrypt, is that right?
