Hi, recently I have been getting a few calls about emails including attachments with 0 kb in size. The bug only seems to happen when someone try to transfer an email including an attachment. If the same user create a new email and attach a file to it then the receiver can open normally the attach file. However, if the email was rather transfer than the files attach to it have a 0 kb size. Do I make sense here!? Does anyone have ever seen this problem before? We are running a GroupWise 2014 R2 SP2 HP1 client. By the way not all users have this problem.
