A few things. I am just trying to get clarity on the agent update methods / options.

When doing a check for updates on a machine, this seems to refresh forever and never stops - I then need to issue a refresh on the machine to fix this and the icon then comes back.
How and when is the check for updates user ??

On the agent on the workstation I get the following: You ZENworks update server cannot be found. Please enter the details of the ZENworks server??

I want to be able to assign the Agent update from the back end to multiple machines and then leave it at that. Does or can the end user manually go and do a check for updates from their machine or what and how is this used?
