I'm running User Application 4.6.0 with eDirectory 9.0.4 on a Windows 2012 R2 server.

The user app is up and running, but there are some settings I want to configure. However, when I try to run the configupdate.bat, I get the response:

The input line is too long.
The syntax of the command is incorrect.

I've tried running it both in GUI and console mode, but neither works. I've searched for information about the error message and found that it could be caused by long file paths, but my user app is located in C:\NetIQ\IdentityManager\apps\UserApplication , which to me seems to be fairly short.

Any help/input would be greatly appreciated!
