It may be trying to reference/use a null/corrupt object.

You may try referencing that line 7372 in the xml files located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Novell\ZENworks\work\inventory\ and look for a <uninstallString> that doesn't look correct.

I agree with Craig's suggestion, most inventory issues can be resolved by running full scan "zac inv -f scannow" from the system or ZCC->Devices->Quick Tasks->Inventory Scan...->Complete Inventory Scan
