we're running AM Appliance, and are having some issues. We aren't in a position to upgrade to the latest AM at the moment ..

We are finding that we have 2 x httpd processes pegged at around 200% and 99%. Other httpd processes seem to be created for a small amount of time, and have low CPU. There doesn't appear to be any impact on day-to-day usage for users. If we restart the Appliance, the cpu returns to normal .. until it gets back to the pegged high CPU.

I've had a look and found https://www.netiq.com/support/kb/doc.php?id=7016929, but it doesn't seem to apply to us, we only use the default rewriter, and don't use any character rewriting.

Does anyone have any ideas how to debug this further?
