We got hit hard by this today despite typically waiting over 45 days to release a patch.

It appears there is a major problem with 3rd party patching solutions and KB4011240.

The patch fails to install properly and causes Outlook to crash every time an email with an attachment is opened.

Re-installing the KB4011240 patch manually resolves the issue.
