Hello

NetIQ IDM 4.5x
JDBC idm driver with Oracle Db

I am trying to send out jdbc statement to the jdbc shim with operation-data included as

<nds dtdversion="4.0" ndsversion="8.x">
<source>
<product edition="Advanced" version="4.5.6.0">DirXML</product>
<contact>NetIQ Corporation</contact>
</source>
<input>
<jdbc:statement xmlns:jdbc="urn:dirxml:jdbc">
<jdbc:sql>SELECT COUNT(*) FROM ALL_USERS WHERE USERNAME = 'IDM'</jdbc:sql>
</jdbc:statement>
<operation-data DN="" type="Matching"/>
</input>
</nds>

but looks like shim does not understand operation-data at all!!

<nds dtdversion="2.0" ndsversion="8.x" xmlns:jdbc="urn:dirxml:jdbc">
<source>
<product build="20141001_0706" instance="DBDRVIER" version="4.0.0.2">DirXML Driver for JDBC</product>
<contact>NetIQ Corporation</contact>
</source>
<output>
<status level="warning">Unrecognized tag 'operation-data'. Ignoring.</status>
<jdbc:result-set event-id="" jdbc:number-of-rows="1">
<jdbc:row jdbc:number="1">
<jdbc:column jdbc:name="COUNT(*)" jdbcosition="1" jdbc:type="java.sql.Types.NUMERIC">
<jdbc:value>1</jdbc:value>
</jdbc:column>
</jdbc:row>
</jdbc:result-set>
<status level="success"/>
</output>
</nds>

shim is throwing error "<status level="warning">Unrecognized tag 'operation-data'. Ignoring.</status>"

any way to send out some operation data to the jdbc shim? , I need to catch the outout to know if the query operation was triggerd by the "Matching" policy.

Maqsood.
