I've just upgraded a remote user from an old version of Filr (1.1, iirc) to, and am having lots of problems.

The upgrade seems to have worked ok, but once he's logged into the Filr desktop client, I repeatedly (every few minutes) get an error saying :
"Filr Service has stopped working".

Looking at the problem details, the Problem Event Name is BEX64, and the application name is FilrService.exe

The remote user is a Windows 7 Pro laptop, and the Filr server is a small installation, version 3.3, with no outstanding patches.

I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the client, but that didn't make any difference. He can log into filr via the web and see his home folder and files.

There doesn't seem to be anything different about his setup compared to other users we have, so I'm not sure where to go from here, and any help would be appreciated.
