It happen's really often that we are unable to use remote management with our users because we get the following message :

"Rights Authentication failed. The ticket has expired. If the connection was initiated from the managed devicem close the Remonte Management Listener, launch it again and retry. If this does not resolve the problem, contact Novell Technical Services"

Tried rebooting technician side computer and user side computer : Does not work
Tried stop/start the Novell VNC Service
Tried zac ref / zac ref bypasscache
Verified that the host time is correct

How do we bypass this problem ?
