Hello all, anybody any clue? Using ZCM 2017 for MDM. ZCM 2017 is working as activesync mail proxy against a GMS server. LDAP source for ZCM is AD. During device enrollment, an activesync profile is pushed onto iPhones. Works great 99% of the time. However, for reasons that I don't know, in rare cases, the activesync profile is not pushed to the iPhones. In this case, ZCM server throws a message in ZCM management console as indicated in the title: The following failed: e-mail address is invalid. Anybody?
