    Email nightmare

    I work for a Health care provider where any request coming from one of our 3400+ department managers is promptly put into play with no thought of the down stream effect. As a result email notifications are not only many but also user specific. Problem being when a user departs and the replacement comes on board, someone gets to flip through code to replace that notification to the new recipient. I am looking to try and better organize all these notifications and hope to move to using standard email distribution list so as to put the ownership on the end user to be in the proper list rather than contacting us for coding changes. Any direction on this would be super helpful as I am not the greatest at coding.
