My customer, have IDM 4.6.2. (IDM, OSP , SSPR , Identity Applications with last patch for IDM 4.6.2)

When they enter https://manejoidentidad02.bancoavvil...t:8143/IDMProv after authentication, they see following:

What are the possible causes?
Any suggestions for resolve this?
