    slaptool: parsing-error in xml-comments if '

    just wanted to informally report a parsing error (8.6), when importing .xmls with
    slaptool.
    if '--' happens to be inside a xml-comment, it seems to be interpreted as
    end of the comment, even if '>' is missing. the rest of the xml is ignored.
    no import is made.
