    No Video Files to Playback

    Hi ,

    we have configured the RDP Relay feature of PAM and it is working except the video files. When I click on Playback its throwing me the error " No video files to Playback" Keystroke replay is working. The video files were working 2 days before. I have updated the packages and not sure if that is causing the video files to stop working.

    The audit package in the host is with the version 3.2.0.4 (Rev:26918,Bid:230)

    Please let me know what causes this issue

    What version of Windows?
    What version did you upgrade from?

    3.2.0.2 requires reboot.

    3.2.0.4 requires Windows 2008 to be on certain security update minimum..

    Perhaps give the server a good old fashioned reboot.

    Also check the Agent from the Hosts Console and view the Packages just to make sure they all appear as Online.
    unifid.log on the Agent may give a clue when in DEBUG logs as well.
