After applying the latest upgrade to the secure messaging gateway, the gwavaman module shows stopped in the web interface. Restarting the server and restarting the modules have no effect, although the system appears to be still working correctly. I get the qms output and mail filtered and delivered correctly. I am using the vm installation, so I do not have the root password to login and check the status at root level of the modules.

Anyone have any ideas regarding this issue or know the vm root password would be a great help. I used to connect to the gwava partner portal to get online assistance, what is the procedure know that it is under the micro focus banner?
