Try Uninstalling the User Spoke and Reinstalling the User Spoke. (Agent Properties on the Device Object In the ZCC....Refresh and Reboot uninstall and reinstall recommended...)

The OS Upgrade removes and reinstalls 3rd party related credential providers....or is supposed to...but Windows seems to fail sometimes in this process.....

Reinstalling the MSI listed on the TID may help. (Version# of MSI depends on your ZCM Version...)
