    File Content job always keep 0% (Enumerating)

    Hi All
    I install NFR3.6 and install file content component. I read section-7 of admin document. create [Classification]==>[Category]==>[Search Pattern] then create job.
    I check agent's status is green, then start Scan....but the job always keep 0% (Enumerating),Ialso check C:\ProgramData\Micro Focus\SRS\AgentFC\Log...after I start scan...no update log.
