I don't recall seeing there error before but a couple thoughts are....
#1 - Try rebooting to see if it helps...
#2 - Remove the Collection Role....Refresh the Server....Add the Collection Role. Refresh the Server.

Being ZCM 11.4.2 is not related to this error, but keep in mind that ZENworks 11.4.x is out of support.
I would strongly recommend getting with support to try and get to ZENworks 2017.
Update 4 should ship any day now....So Getting to ZENworks 2017 Update 4 would be a good thing.
