ScorpionSting's answer is correct, and the July 2020 date should be viewed as a stake in the ground so that date isn't blank on the lifecycle page. Generally, the end of support date is based on the release date of the next major/minor release of Sentinel. The replacement version (8.3 or 9.0) and release date are still under discussion between Engineering and Product Management.
I expect that the end of general support for 8.2 will be no earlier than July 2020 but may be extended, depending on the schedule for the next major/minor release.
