    Unable to authenticate using IDvault

    Hi There,

I am trying to login with the idvault user inside identity governance 3.5 but getting the following error.

You are authenticated and logged in, but your login account does not map to any user with Identity Governance privileges. Your access will be restricted until your login account maps to an Identity Governance user with privileges and action items
How do i map attributes inside ig3.5 ?

    Greetings,
The above message is normally seen when one has not
    1) Created an Identity Collector from the Authorization source (or
    similar to the Authorization source)
    2) Collected & Published the above Collector

    3) After that point, Identities will be in the catalog but they do not
have any actions within ID Gov. It is then necessary to map certain
Identities/Groups to Admin roles within ID Gov so that Reviews can be
    created.

From the above, what have you completed at this time?

Yes, I have created an identity source collected and published. I am able to see all user inside catalog-->identities.

I have assigned some users with admin role but still, I am receiving the same error.

You are authenticated and logged in, but your login account does not map to any user with Identity Governance privileges. Your access will be restricted until your login account maps to an Identity Governance user with privileges and action items

    1) Inside my Authentication server detail I'm using userapp/Idenity application OSP
    2) Inside LDAP source Im pointing towards eDirectory
    3) I just using a single Identity source which is my eDirectory for testing purpose.
3 c) collecting and publishing after that i am able to view my user inside catalog--> Identity source

If yhere is any log where we check let me know.

    Greetings,

    1) Is the Identity Collector in ID Gov collecting from the same
eDirectory server that OSP is pointing to?

    2) What is the exact version of OSP.war and osp-conf jar that you have
deployed on your IDM 4.7 server?

    3) Have you adjusted any of the mappings or added any input
transformation code in the Identity Collector?

    4) Did you adjust any settings on the Security Settings tab in configutil?

Overall it might be best to open a service request so we can review your
settings. There are a couple of reasons why the behavior you outlined
    happens.
