Can you share some more details -
Viz -
1) Which version of ZCM you are running?
2) Does this happens only for a device enrolled in ZENworks?
3) What are the values of 'Allow AirDrop' setting in ZCC?
4) Is the device a supervised device? How it has been enrolled?
