Normally ZCM overhead is about 15 to 30 seconds at boot. (Maybe less)
Less than that if the PC is already running.

Turn off AV to see if it helps....Then look at your Exclusions and other settings.
AV configured properly should not have a big impact...if wrong it may especially combined with some of the items below...

Look to see what you may have running at boot.

Are you Running Inventory Scans as soon as you boot...
While Running Patch Detection Scans as soon as you boot ....
While Running an AV Scan as soon as you boot....
While....(Who knows what else....)

For many of the ZCM background stuff....if set to run at Boot or Refresh....add in Delays....
You don't need to do patch detection while the PC is initializing and same with Inventory.....
By Default they will not, but need to be careful about configuration.....

Also in the past year our computer boot time have increased alot. We have almost every users waiting up to 10-15 minutes before they can do anything on the computer.

Is there a way to disable some features in it that might give a chance for our computers ? some optimization that we can do to decrease login time ?

It is not all Zenworks, because all other programs have grown the same way... but we are dealing with a widespread performance problems.

Thank you
